Elected Leadership Team Nominations 2025-2026

Note: Only members can nominate people or be nominated for these teams

Finance Team

• Purpose: Support the Elder Team’s work of discipling the church toward obedient stewardship and generosity. Additionally, the team will support the Elder Team’s responsibility to ensure prayerful, wise, and effective financial management in all areas of the church’s ministry and mission.
• Team size: 5 (2 new members will be elected this year)
• Members Continuing to Serve: David Brackney, Maebre Curtis, Mitch West
• Term: 2 years
• Frequency of Meeting: 6-8 times annually (once quarterly + other
needed meetings) +regular email communications

Staff Care Team (Personnel Team)

Purpose: Support the Elder Team in prayer, support, care, and encouragement for all ICC staff members
• Team size: 3 people (2 new members will be elected this year, at least 1 male needed)
• Member Continuing to Serve: Erin Robbins
• Term: 2 years
• Frequency of Meeting: 4-6 times annually + regular communication
and prayer

Women's Advisory Team

Purpose: Provide prayerful and wise support to the Elder Team on a variety of issues related to church life and ministry, ensuring the valuable perspective of women is represented throughout the life and leadership of the church.
Team Size: 4 (2 new members will be elected this year)
Member Continuing to Serve: Claire Hazlett & Cherese Tooley
Term: 2 years
Frequency of Meeting: 6-8 times annually (+ other meetings as needed) + regular email communications

Caring Well Team

Purpose: Serve the church in supporting the Elder Team’s work of abuse prevention and care for survivors of abuse, including matters related to policies, procedures, communication, networking, training, and additional care.
Team Size: 6 (3 new members will be elected this year, at least 1 male needed)
Members Continuing to Serve: Carol Gracia, Hallie Jewett & Brandy West
Term: 2 years
Frequency of Meeting: 4-6 times annually (+ other meetings as needed) + regular email communications
